Shipping policy

We ship utilizing UPS or USPS. Certain items are made to order and will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after placing orders. All USPS orders with priority shipping have $100 insurance.  Missyfoos Handcrafted, LLC is not responsible for shipping times or delays once item has been received by USPS or UPS. Shipping information will be sent to client via email and text if information is available and entered by client.  Claims for items lost in transit will need to be handled with UPS or USPS directly. Clients are responsible for updating Missyfoos Handcrafted, LLC if items have not been received and any issues with shipping after contacting USPS or UPS within 2 days of issue being identified to allow for time to address USPS or UPS. There is a time limit for addressing these issues and Missyfoos Handcrafted, LLC is not liable for any delays in reporting.
